Q. How Long Does It Take to Produce My Order?
A. Our typical turnaround time is 10-14 business days + shipping time (if applicable). However, please keep in mind that this time starts AFTER your quote has been fully approved and paid, and we received all of the goods needed to produce your order. Sometimes orders take less time, and sometimes just a fuzz more, but we stay as true as we can to 10-14 business days. If you need your order sooner or on a specific day, please let us know prior to approving your quote.
Q. Why Am I Missing A Shirt?
A. Decorating apparel is a very hands-on and imperfect process. Occasionally something happens during production and we need to scrap a garment, or perhaps a certain blank we received was defective. We do our best to go through every garment, one by one, before shipping or pickup to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order. Any garments that we scrap will be deducted from your invoice. With this being said, if you need a specific amount of garments, please order more of each size than needed and let us know your “must haves” prior to approving your quote. We allow for up to 5% production variance per impression location.
Q. Will You Ever Miss My Deadline?
A. Hey, things happen, and unfortunately some things are out of our control. Sometimes we don’t receive blanks on time due to a hick-up with our supplier or shipping companies, inclement weather, etc. If your deadline is insanely tight, please keep this in mind. One thing we can say is that we will do everything we can to get you your order on time.
Q. Why Do the Colors on My Shirt Look Different In Person?
A. There is a color difference in pixels on monitor and physical ink and garments. We use images for blanks that are provided by our suppliers, and sometimes they do vary from the physical garment. Without having the garments here, we cannot compare the garment to the image. Embroidery thread may also vary from digital to physical. We do use a Pantone color system for our ink so if you have a Pantone book handy, this is your best bet to get an idea of how the colors will look. On the flip side, there is no exact set of Pantone formulas for screen printing ink. While we do get extremely close, there are slight variances in ink color. Please keep these things in mind and let us know if color variance will be an issue prior to approving your quote.
Q. Why Is This Shirt Printed Crooked?
A. Screen printing is a very hands-on and imperfect process. Occasionally a garment is printed slightly crooked. Please allow for a 1” variance in any direction. If we notice any impressions that look crooked when we inspect them, we will remove the garment from your invoice. Please keep in mind that the human body is not “straight” and that certain garments may look different on one person to another.
Q. Can I Print My Full Size Front Print On A Hoodie?
A. Simply put, the answer is no. Printing over a pocket seam is a bad idea 99.9% of the time. Please keep this in mind when designing for a hoodie. The print dimensions that are possible for hoodies will vary from brand to brand and size to size. To put it in perspective, a typical small Gildan 18500 will allow for around an 11” tall print.
Q. This Shirt Fits Me Weird. Is There Anything You Can Do?
A. We definitely want you to love your garments, however, we do not make the garments themselves and we cannot guarantee that they will fit the way you’d like. Most brands do provide sizing charts for their garments, so if fit is a concern, please let us know prior to approving your quote and we will do our best to track down a sizing chart for you.
Q. The Shop Down The Street Said They Could Promise Me The Cheapest Price At A 24 Hour Turnaround, But Your Quality Is So Much Better. Can You Match It?
A. Sorry… There is a reason why things take a little time and why they are priced the way that they are. We take pride in our quality and great customer service, but doing so isn’t cheap! If you have a time frame or budget issue, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Q. What is your clothing made of and where is it from?
A. We use a variety of fabrics that have their specs in the description of each item. All of our products are eco-friendly with either organic cottons, bamboos, or RPET’s. All of the products are sourced from the USA to better solidify our movement to be more sustainable with every aspect of our production.
Q. Is your printing production and materials eco-friendly?
A. Our inks in any graphic products are water based to avoid Plastisol based inks. Our cleaning chemicals are SGREEN brand. Please refer to that company’s website to explore their products. Our wastewater has a 2-step filtration. 1. Any cleaning booths are equipped with filtration systems that capture any solids or contaminants in the water from washing items. 2. Drain water is cleaned through a septic system to further any contaminants from reaching the environment. Most tools are a reusable source that limits waste. Packaging products are a INNERHERO made from plants that is compostable.
Q. How do you solve shipping logistics and help reduce emissions?
A. Any shipping is done primarily through USPS that provides everyone’s every day mail. This reduces any unnecessary trips to deliver our products to you. Every product is packaged in INNERHERO packaging that in plant based eco-friendly products that are easily compostable!
